Quickchange Overview
Quickchange is an Internet authorisations system developed to provide an efficient, on-line means of applying for installations, disposals and configuration changes to gaming machines.

Quickchange offers Industry users a range of benefits in the management of a venue’s gaming machine configuration including:
| | | | Instant Authorisation | | Users can create an application and have an amendment to the venue’s gaming machine configuration approved within minutes. |
| | | | Elimination of Errors | | Unlike the paper-based submission available through the Regulator, Quickchange enables users to verify all components of the application prior to submission for approval. Errors are identified so that users may correct them and update prior to submission. |
| | | | Application History and Reporting | | Venues are able to view historical and pending gaming machine applications. At any time a user can also obtain a listing of all authorised gaming machines at their venue. |
| | | | Security | | All Quickchange users are registered and provided with a unique username and password. Only signatories approved by the Casino, Liquor & Gaming Control Authority (eg. Licensee or Club Secretary) are permitted to electronically sign and authorise gaming machine applications through the allocation of a Personal Identification Number (PIN). |
| | | | Portability | | Quickchange may be accessed via any computer that supports Internet access. |
Quickchange Registration
To utilise Quickchange, all users must be approved by the club secretary or licensee of the venue and once registered, each user will be provided with a unique username and password. Authorised signatories, such as club secretaries and licensees will also be provided with a PIN.
To apply to become a Quickchange user, you will need to complete a Quickchange Registration pack for either venues or sellers and technicians.

Customer Support for Quickchange is available through DMS on 1800 307 551. Customer Support Services are available Monday to Friday between the business hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Browser Requirements
To use Quickchange we recommend the use of:
- Browser utilising either IE 5.0/5.5 or Netscape 4.7
- A minimum 56K modem
Quickchange Access
The database utilised by Quickchange is maintained daily. To support this requirement, the Quickchange service may be interrupted briefly between 3:00am and 7:00am each day.
