Quickchange Pricing
Venues are provided with two alternate payment structures to facilitate their use of Quickchange:
- Annual Subscription
- Pay-As-You-Go
Annual subscription
Through the purchase of an annual subscription to Quickchange, a venue is able to perform an unlimited number of gaming machine installations, conversions and disposals within their venue during the period.
The following annual subscription fees are payable for the use of Quickchange:

| 201 to 500 machines | | | | | $8,456.25 |
| 501 machines or greater | | | | | $11,275 |
Pay-As-You-Go
A $56.38 service fee (inclusive of GST) applies to all transaction types performed within each venue application.
Transaction types include:
- Installation of a gaming machine or progressive controller.
- Conversion of a gaming machine or progressive controller.
- Disposal of a gaming machine or progressive controller.
- Attachment of a gaming machine to a progressive controller.
- Detachment of a gaming machine from a progressive controller.
Payment Methods
Both annual subscriptions and pay-as-you-go payment options may be paid on-line with Quickchange using the following approved credit cards:
- Bankcard
- Mastercard
- Visa Card
Venues may also arrange payment of annual subscriptions by cheque. All cheques must be made payable to ‘Quickchange’. To arrange payment by cheque for annual subscriptions, please contact Quickchange Customer Service on 1800 307 551 during business hours.
